Face masks must be worn in shops in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland (though not in Wales). This rule does not include shop workers.
Face masks are also compulsory in a number of other indoors spaces including (in England and Scotland): Banks, building societies, post offices, museums, galleries, entertainment venues, libraries and public reading rooms. (Though not in places where it would be impractical to do so, like restaurants, pubs and gyms.)
In Northern Ireland, the rule stipulates that face masks must be worn in 'any indoor space where goods or services are available to buy or rent'.
Face masks or other face coverings are compulsory for anyone travelling on public transport in all UK nations (unless they have an exemption).
Passengers boarding aircraft must wear face coverings in England, Scotland and Wales, and they are recommended in Northern Ireland.
In Scotland and Northern Ireland, all pupils/ students over 12 must wear face coverings in corridors and communal areas, but not in classrooms.
All children over 5 must wear face coverings on school buses.
In England, schools can decide whether to mandate face coverings in communal areas, except in parts of England under local lockdown, where they will be mandatory in communal areas and corridors but, again, not in classrooms.
In Wales, use of face covering in schools in places where it is difficult to stay 2 metres apart is recommended.
Everyone over 11 needs to wear a face mask in the situations described above unless:
They are unable to put on or wear a face covering due to a mental or physical illness or disability, such as breathing or developmental problems.
Wearing or removing a face covering would cause them severe distress.
They cannot remove their own face covering without assistance.
They are helping someone who needs to read lips to communicate.
In the process of eating, drinking or taking medication.
They are entering a shop to avoid harm without a face mask on them.
Asked by a police officer or other official to take it off. Or shop staff need to verify your age.

Wash your hands thoroughly.
Hold your Brilliant Mask by the ear loops and place them behind your ears.
Position the mask over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin.
Make sure the mask is fitted snugly to your face, and you can breathe easily.
Try to avoid touching your mask.
If you need to readjust, wash your hands before and after touching it.

Avoiding touching the main part of the mask, remove the face covering by touching just the ear loops.
Fold the outside of the mask on either side of the nose bridge inwards, with the inner surface facing out. Try to avoid touching the outside.
Avoid repeatedly bending the nose bridge backwards and forwards as this will cause it to break.
Put the mask in the washing machine as soon as possible. If you can't do so right away, place it in a container or bag.
Wash your hands after touching your face covering, remove the face covering by touching just the ear loops.

The Brilliant Mask uses Swiss technology that is added to the fabric during the textile manufacturing process.
It has been tested according to ISO 18184 as a strong antiviral and ISO 20743 as strong antibacterial against enveloped viruses and bacteria.
Certified as safe and sustainable as all its ingredients are cosmetic grade and bio-based.
It is REACH compliant and OEKOTEX certified.
It lasts at least 30 gentle washes at 60°C (140°F) ((ISO 6330 6G).
Brilliant Masks are designed to be worn with glasses.

For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns for items which are faulty or damaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the items must returned in their original condition with 14 days of dispatch.
